The Marco Polo Club Alpina Betriebs- und Verwaltungs GmbH owns and operates this website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). In the process of the User’s usage of the Website, the Company collects certain data from the User and uses such data for different purposes. Anonymous data collected by the Company includes the following (“Anonymous Data”):

5. Analytics Software

5.1. Allgemein
Die Website verwendet Analysesoftwares. Derzeit verwendet die Website zwei Haupt-Webanalysedienste: (1) Econda Analytics und (2) Google Analytics. 

5.1.1 Econda

Dabei handelt es sich um einen Webanalysedienst econda GmbH (“econda”). econda Analytics verwendet Cookies zur bedarfsgerechten Gestaltung sowie zur Optimierung dieser Webseite. Dadurch werden anonymisierte Daten erfasst und gespeichert sowie aus diesen Daten Nutzungsprofile unter der Verwendung von Pseudonymen erstellt. Zu diesem Zweck können Cookies eingesetzt werden, die die Wiedererkennung eines Internet Browsers ermöglichen.  

5.1.2 Google Analytics
Dabei handelt es sich um einen Webanalysedienst der Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics verwendet Cookies (siehe unten für weitere Informationen zu Cookies).  Die durch den Cookie erzeugten Informationen über Ihre Benutzung dieser Website (einschließlich der IP-Adresse des Nutzers) werden an einen Server von Google in den USA übertragen und dort gespeichert. Google anonymisiert dabei den individuellen Teil der IP-Adresse. Nur in Ausnahmefällen wird die vollständige IP-Adresse an die Google-Server in den USA übermittelt und von diesen gekürzt.  
Google verwendet diese Informationen im Namen des Unternehmens um 

  • die Nutzung der Website durch die Nutzer zu bewerten,
  • Berichte über die Website-Aktivitäten für das Unternehmen zusammenzustellen und

5.2. Deaktivierung Google Analytics
Um Besuchern der Website mehr Auswahlmöglichkeiten hinsichtlich der Erfassung ihrer Daten durch Google Analytics zu bieten, hat Google das Google Analytics-Browser-Add-On entwickelt. Das Add-On kommuniziert mit dem Google Analytics-JavaScript (ga.js), um anzugeben, dass Informationen über den Website-Besuch nicht an Google Analytics gesendet werden sollen.

5.3 Deaktivierung econda Analytics
Nutzungsprofile werden jedoch ohne ausdrückliche Zustimmung des Besuchers nicht mit Daten über den Träger des Pseudonyms zusammengeführt. Insbesondere werden IP-Adressen unmittelbar nach Eingang unkenntlich gemacht, womit eine Zuordnung von Nutzungsprofilen zu IP-Adressen nicht möglich ist. 6. Content and Services of other Providers

6.1. 5.1. General
The Website may utilize content of third party providers, such as graphics of other websites. This implicates that the third party providers of such content may recognize the IP address of the User, as the IP address is required for the transmission of the related data to the browser of the User. The Company uses its best efforts to make sure that only such services of third party providers are used, which only use the IP address of the User in order to effect the presentation of such content. However, the Company cannot prevent that the third party provider uses the IP address for different purposes.

The Website may contain links to other websites of interest. This Data privacy statement only applies to the Website, but not to such linked websites owned and/or operated by third parties. Once the User has used these links to leave the Website, the Company does not have any control over that other website. Even though the Company uses its best efforts to make sure that such websites meet only highest standards, the Company shall not be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which the User provides whilst visiting such sites.
