Time Shares in Austria – Marco Polo Alpina Club at the Foot of the Hochkönig
Marco Polo Alpina Club, an association which has made the most beautiful time of the year, holidays, a part of their activities!
As a solidarity community, around 1,500 club members are actively incorporated into the organisation of the association’s activities.
The Marco Polo Alpina Club was brought to life at the end of the 70s and, above all, is the sole stake-holder of a limited company, in whose possession is the wonderful Alpina Hotel facility, embedded in the heavenly mountain landscape of the Hochkönig region in Austria. Therefore, through the association, all club members are also co-owners of this valuable estate.
Every club member owns one or more time shares for a specific apartment for a fixed week of the year, as selected by them. During this/these weeks, the member has the unrestricted right to use the facility.
A further, ever greater advantage stems from the opportunity of using the international exchange pool. The member enters their time share into the exchange pool (as a one-off or repeatedly, whatever you prefer) and then has free access to apartments of the same value all over the world (in every continent and nearly every country).
